Skins and custom stuff

How to install:

1.Download theme
2.Extract theme to desktop with winrar or similar program
3.Open up My Computer
4.Open up C drive(Local Disk(C:)
5.Find and open the Ogplanet folder
6.Find and open the Cabal Online Folder
7.Open the Data Folder
8.Copy and paste the UI folder from the theme into the Data folder
